Returns & Exchanges

•      ​Our Return and Exchange policy lasts 7 day.
•      Please note that in order to be eligible for a Return, Exchange, or Credit the item(s) must be in the same condition as you have received it. The Item(s) must be unused and be in the same original packaging.

​Returns On Damaged Items -

• ​        Before we ship your order we make sure that it has been packaged as safely as possible in order to prevent any breakage. However, we can not guarantee that your order will be delivered to you without any damage since it is glass and therefore fragile. In this case, we do offer a full refund, exchange, or credit on the item(s). It is important to note that we will accept it only if you have notified us within the 7 day period after the item has been delivered to you.
•          If your item(s) has been delivered to you damaged, you may follow this link to process the return/exchange - Yurana Design Returns/Exchange Portal or notify us by email or call our office to get further assistance.

Credit - 

• ​        If you have decided you want credit after you returned your item(s) we are able to keep a balance payment (credit) for you until your next purchase. After you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse and we have inspected your item(s) we will inform you by Phone and/or Email.  

Shipping -

     You are probably wondering when will your items be shipped? Here at Yurana Design, we have the fastest team and we do everything we can in order to get your orders out as soon as possible. We usually get orders out within 1-4 business days

      At Yurana Design, We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time from when you place an order on our website to us shipping your package. Due to a high volume of orders, please allow a few extra business days for us to ship your order.
