How Do I Place An Order?
You may place an order with us online through this website, email us, call us, or fax.

- *Order Pickup* - If you would like to order and make a pickup from our warehouse to avoid shipping charges you must call and place the order over the phone and inform our staff.
Payment & Shipping
Methods Of Payment:
- Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or Prepayments with a business check are accepted methods of payment.
- *American Express & COD* - Unfortunetly, we do not accept American Express or COD.
- *Checks* - We do accept checks, however for checks you must call us and make an order through our office. Once you have made an order you must send us a check to our office with the exact total amount that was ordered and as soon as we receive it we will ship your order within 1 business day.
Shipping:
- We charge your invoice amount to your credit card on the same day as we ship your order. All of our orders get shipped within 1-2 business days. If you place your order around a holiday, your order can get delayed up to 4 business days before being shipped.
- Once your item(s) have been delivered, we suggest to check them in case of any mistakes or breakages.
Returns & Exchanges
- Our Return and Exchange policy lasts 7 day.
- Please note that in order to be eligible for a Return, Exchange, or Credit the item(s) must be in the same condition as you have received it. The Item(s) must be unused and be in the same original packaging.
Exchange -
- If you have decided to exchange your item(s) for another item(s), please click this link - Yurana Design Returns Portal or give our office a call at (631)-206-1003 to make an exchange for an item. * Buyer must pay shipping * (Must be within 7 days of item delivery).
Return -

Returns On Damaged Items -
- Before we ship your order we make sure that it has been packaged as safely as possible in order to prevent any breakage. However, we can not guarantee that your order will be delivered to you without any damage since it is glass and therefore fragile. In this case, we do offer a full refund, exchange, or credit on the item(s). It is important to note that we will accept it only if you have notified us within the 7 day period after the item has been delivered to you.
- If your item(s) has been delivered to you damaged, you may follow this link to process the return/exchange - Yurana Design Returns Portal or notify us by email or call our office to get further assistance.
Credit -
- If you have decided you want credit after you returned your item(s) we are able to keep a balance payment (credit) for you until your next purchase. After you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse and we have inspected your item(s) we will inform you by Phone and/or Email.
